Position Details:
- Job Title: Guest Services Coordinator
- Location: Near Sandestin & Santa Rosa Beach, FL
- Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, must be available to work weekends
- Days Off: 2 consecutive weekdays off
- Pay: $17/hour + 100% company-paid health insurance
- Type: Full-time, year-round position - 40 hours a week
- Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist guests with bookings, questions, and service requests
- Schedule and coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams based on guest check-ins and check-outs
- Take and process customer payments
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure five-star guest experiences
- Work in a fast-paced office environment with attention to detail and clear communication
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Comfortable handling scheduling and basic payment systems
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Able to work weekends (with 2 weekdays off guaranteed)
