Job Overview:
We’re hiring a dependable, hard-working Grocery Merchandiser to join our team in Destin, FL. In this full-time role, you’ll help keep store shelves stocked, organized, and visually appealing for customers. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who’s energetic, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Stock and rotate grocery merchandise on shelves and displays

Ensure products are labeled and priced correctly

Set up promotional displays and signage

Maintain cleanliness and organization of aisles and storage areas

Communicate inventory needs or issues to management

Follow all safety and company guidelines
Requirements:

Must be able to work weekends

Ability to stand on your feet for the full shift (9 hours with breaks)

Must be able to lift 25 lbs or more

Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

Previous merchandising or grocery store experience is a plus but not required
