Location: Panama City, FL
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Friday 8a.m.-12p.m.
Job Description:
A local delivery driver position is available with a growing company that supplies industrial cleaning supplies. This is a long-term opportunity for someone looking to grow within the company. You will receive on-the-job training to drive a box truck and operate a forklift, making this an excellent chance for those looking to expand their skills.
The ideal candidate must have a clean driving record, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check to gain access to military bases. Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a box truck to deliver industrial materials
- Load and unload materials at delivery sites, sometimes operating a forklift
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers
- Maintain a clean driving record and ensure vehicle is in good condition
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background clearance to access military bases
- Willingness to learn to operate a box truck and forklift
- Ability to follow instructions and manage delivery schedules
