Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Forklift Operator / Crew Lead who can take charge of a team of 3–5 warehouse employees. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a solid background in forklift operations, warehouse duties, and basic computer skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts safely and efficiently (3+years of experience)

Supervise and managing a team of 3–5 warehouse employees 2+years of experience)

Organize warehouse layout and ensure proper inventory handling

Use basic computer programs for inventory tracking and daily reporting

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Communicate effectively with team members and management
Qualifications:

Proven experience operating forklifts (minimum of 3 years of experience)

Experience supervising a small team in a warehouse or industrial setting

Basic computer skills (data entry, email, inventory software, etc.)

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
