Pay: $19/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday (may include on-call rotations)

Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general building systems

Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally

Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies

Assist with apartment turnovers, repairs, and renovations
Requirements:

Previous maintenance experience in residential or commercial settings

Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building repair

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
