Location: Freeport, FL
Pay: $19/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician for a well-maintained apartment complex in Freeport, Florida. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and keeping things running smoothly for residents.
Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, and general upkeep)

Handle work orders and preventive maintenance tasks

Assist with apartment turns and property maintenance

Respond to maintenance emergencies promptly and professionally
Requirements:

Previous experience in apartment or facility maintenance a PLUS

General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

Ability to lift 50 lbs and work independently

HVAC Certification is a plus but not required
