Location: Panama City, FL
Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
We’re hiring an experienced Certified HVAC Maintenance Technician for a reputable apartment complex in Panama City, Florida. This is a great long-term opportunity for a skilled technician who takes pride in quality work and providing excellent service to residents.
Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repairs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and general upkeep

Handle work orders and preventive maintenance tasks efficiently

Assist with apartment turns and property improvements

Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance emergencies
Requirements:

HVAC Certification required

Proven experience in apartment or property maintenance

Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

Ability to lift 50 lbs and work independently

Own tools is a plus
