Territory: Okaloosa, Walton & Bay County | No Weekends | $65,000 Base + Uncapped Commission
Express Employment Professionals – Emerald Coast, FL is seeking a true hunter — a proven, high-performing sales professional with a track record of winning, closing, and growing accounts.
This position is not for entry-level reps, comfort-zone sellers, or order-takers. It is built for experienced closers who are currently or previously ranked at the top of their teams.
You will be responsible for representing Express Employment Professionals throughout Okaloosa, Walton, and Bay County. Your mission is to identify, pursue, and secure new business accounts requiring workforce solutions.

You have 4+ years of proven B2B sales experience

You have ranked Top Producer, Top 10 percent, Top 5 percent, or achieved President’s Club status
