Location: Panama City, FL (Bay County)
Pay: Starts at $17 an hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Full-Time

We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative for a full-time position in Panama City, Florida. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working with the public, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls from customers and the general public
- Provide professional customer service in both English and Spanish
- Accurately enter and update information in computer systems
- Process and manage client orders
- Assist with growing and maintaining the client base
- Handle high-volume calls and data entry during peak seasons
- Work collaboratively in a team-oriented office environment
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Customer service–driven and goal-oriented
- Comfortable answering phones and interacting with the public
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, reliable, and a fast learner
