We are actively hiring a skilled Low Voltage Technician for a growing company supporting commercial and government projects in Panama City Beach, FL. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in data cabling, fiber, and network infrastructure looking for steady, long-term work.
What You’ll Be Doing
Install, terminate, and test Cat5e/Cat6 and fiber optic cabling
Pull and route cable through conduit and structured pathways
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Assist with building network closets, server racks, and patch panels
Troubleshoot network and low voltage systems
What We’re Looking For
Experience in low voltage, data cabling, or fiber installation
Ability to read blueprints and work independently on job sites
Experience with RJ45 terminations and cable testing tools
Strong understanding of structured cabling standards (TIA/EIA preferred)
Comfortable working in physically demanding environments
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Certifications such as CompTIA, Network+, Security+, or CCNA are a plus
