$48K SALARY – Housekeeping Dispatcher Needed ASAP (Panama City Beach)
We are hiring IMMEDIATELY for a Housekeeping Administrator with a large vacation rental company.
This is a fast-paced, high-pressure role. If you can stay organized, move quickly, and keep people on track—you will do very well here.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Dispatching housekeepers to multiple properties
- Managing daily cleaning schedules and turnovers
- Communicating with teams and keeping operations running
- Tracking jobs and performance in Excel
What You MUST Have:
- Ability to type 55+ WPM
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Experience scheduling or dispatching people
- Excel knowledge (tracking, basic reporting)
- Ability to handle pressure and move fast
(Breezeway experience is a big plus)
The Details:
- $48,000/year starting (based on experience)
- Full-time
- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- MUST be available weekends
- Weekly pay
