Location: Santa Rosa Beach, FL
Also Hiring Near: 30A, Miramar Beach, Destin, Freeport
Pay: $20.00 per hour (Weekly Pay)
Schedule: Thursday–Monday

Thursday–Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Sunday: 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Monday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Assignment Length: Approximately 3 months with the potential to become a long-term opportunity for the right candidate.

We are seeking a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join a growing property management team in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach, FL. If you enjoy working with people, building relationships, and providing outstanding customer service, we'd love to meet you.
Leasing experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and at least two years of office experience who is eager to learn and grow.
Responsibilities

Greet prospective and current residents professionally

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries

Conduct tours of model apartments and community amenities

Assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process

Build positive relationships with residents and visitors

Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records

Support daily office operations and administrative tasks

Provide exceptional customer service while representing the community professionally
Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of office or administrative experience

Outstanding customer service and communication skills

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Comfortable using computers and office software

Leasing or property management experience is a plus, but not required

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
