An established HVAC company in the Niceville, FL area is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join its growing team.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for an HVAC professional with at least 2 years of hands-on experience who can confidently troubleshoot, service, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.

$25.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system problems
- Perform HVAC service, maintenance, and repairs
- Work on residential and commercial heating and cooling systems
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Identify failed or worn components
- Complete repairs accurately and efficiently
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Maintain accurate service documentation
- Follow company safety procedures and HVAC industry standards
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience required
- Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Residential and/or commercial HVAC experience
- EPA certification and other HVAC certifications are a strong plus
- Valid driver's license required
- Clean driving record required due to company vehicle
- Dependable and professional
- Strong customer-service skills
- Able to work independently in the field
- Must have reliable attendance
