Production Associate – Cold Storage / Food Manufacturing
Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Saturday (Sunday + one weekday off) Start Time: Must be on-site by 8:55 AM for daily standup End Time: Between 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM, depending on production volume (may end earlier on lighter days)

Job Responsibilities
Assignment duties may rotate and include:

Preparing fruits and vegetables using knives, peelers, and food-processing machinery

Lifting and transferring finished product cans to drying areas

Feeding finished product into sealing and packaging lines

Sealing, packing, and staging finished goods
-
Maintaining cleanliness of the production room and raw product storage areas

Removing empty boxes, waste, and debris to ensure a safe work environment

Reporting any incidents or safety concerns immediately to management

Supporting overall production goals while working as part of a team
Required Skills & Qualifications

Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Reliable, punctual, and able to communicate clearly

Comfortable performing continuous and repetitive physical tasks

Frequent gripping, cutting, lifting, and repetitive hand motions

Ability to stand for long periods and work in a cold environment

Ability to lift 50–75 lbs

0–3 years of related experience (production, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred)

High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Must be able to obtain Safety Manager certification to operate industrial equipment

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

A standard 40-hour work week should not be expected

End times vary daily and employees will work until production is complete
