Dispatcher

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a confidential logistics company in Pompano Beach to hire a Dispatcher. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity, with the potential to transition into an internal, long-term position upon successful completion of the required hourly contract and performance review.
Schedule

Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
-
Dispatch and coordinate drivers for daily routes and deliveries

Communicate with drivers regarding schedules, changes, and delivery updates
-
Track shipments and maintain accurate dispatch records
-
Use Microsoft Excel to update logs, schedules, and reports
-
Assist with warehouse duties as needed (loading, staging, inventory support)
-
Ensure timely, efficient operations while maintaining safety and compliance
-
Support day-to-day logistics and operational needs
Qualifications
-
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)

Ability to perform warehouse duties as required

Previous logistics or dispatch experience is beneficial but not mandatory

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
