Shipping & Receiving Lead Associate
Davie, FL | $18 | Full-Time
A growing company in Davie is hiring an experienced Shipping & Receiving Lead Associate for a hands-on leadership role overseeing daily warehouse shipping and receiving operations, with an immediate start available.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; process receiving paperwork
- Prepare and process outbound orders, packing lists, and shipping labels
- Supervise and direct warehouse associates during shipping/receiving shifts
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and resolve order or inventory discrepancies
What You Need:
- Bilingual English/Spanish fluency (required)
- Prior shipping/receiving or warehouse operations experience (required)
- Leadership or lead associate experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and availability to start immediately
