Location: Davie, FL (On-site)

About the Role
A growing company in Davie, FL is seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Lead Associate to oversee daily warehouse shipping and receiving operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating inbound/outbound shipments, assisting with supervising team members, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the warehouse floor.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; process receiving paperwork
- Prepare and process outbound orders, packing lists, and shipping labels
- Supervise and direct warehouse associates during shipping/receiving shifts
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and update tracking systems
- Communicate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams regarding shipment status
- Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in orders or inventory
Requirements
- Bilingual: Must speak both English and Spanish fluently
- Prior experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations required
- Prior leadership or lead associate experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to Davie, FL location
- Available to start immediately
