Warehouse Associate (Forklift & ERP Specialist)
Position Summary: Express Employment is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for a dynamic operation in the Fort Lauderdale area. This is not just a basic pulling role—we are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background in inventory management, ERP system navigation, and certified material handling equipment operation.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate both stand-up reach trucks and sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.

Perform all daily shipping, receiving, and inventory movement tasks directly within the company's ERP system.

Conduct cycle counts, track inventory discrepancies, and maintain accurate stock logs.

Stage, load, and unload inbound/outbound freight while ensuring all shipments match system documentation.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant warehouse floor.
Requirements:

Mandatory Forklift Experience: Proven, hands-on experience operating both stand-up reach trucks and sit-down forklifts.

Inventory & ERP Experience: Demonstrated experience managing warehouse inventory and executing shipping, receiving, and material movements within an ERP or WMS software system.

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and basic computer proficiency.

Physical ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
