Warehouse Associate / Customer Support
Pompano Beach, FL | $16/hr | Full-Time
A hardware company in Pompano Beach is hiring a Warehouse Associate with customer support responsibilities to pull and prepare orders while helping customers in person and by phone.
What You’ll Do:
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipping
- Receive, unload, and put away incoming inventory
- Assist customers at the counter and over the phone with product questions and order pickups
- Verify order accuracy and maintain accurate inventory counts
- Keep the warehouse and customer areas clean, organized, and safe
What You Need:
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or hardware/building materials experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer skills for order entry and inventory
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or move for extended shifts
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
