Job Full Description

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for shutting down and securing the facility at the end of shift (lock-up duties).

· Perform routine preventative maintenance across a wide range of equipment.

· Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.

· Troubleshoot without reliance on schematics or prints when needed.

· Work with AC/DC drives, HMI interfaces, starters, contactors, relays, and control circuits.

· Understand and implement preventative maintenance procedures effectively.

· Maintain strict adherence to company safety policies and regulatory compliance.

· Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure minimal downtime.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or GED required.

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing maintenance role (industrial or military environment).

· Proficient in troubleshooting, installation, and repair of:

o Hydraulic systems

o Pneumatic systems

o Electrical systems

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

· Must have a valid driver’s license.

· Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and in environments that may be hot, humid, loud, or greasy.
