Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide technical support and guidance on products, services, and account-related questions

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating more complex problems as needed

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience

  • Identify and report trends in customer issues to help improve products and services


Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic technical knowledge or interest in IT and technology

  • Customer service experience is a plus but not required

  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently

  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems quickly

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
