Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials, parts, and products. This role requires experience with pallet jacks and other material handling equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and inspect for damage or discrepancies.

Accurately document and label received materials in inventory systems.

Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders.

Load and unload trucks using manual and electric pallet jacks or other equipment.

Organize and maintain inventory and warehouse storage areas.

Coordinate with production and inventory teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

Follow safety guidelines and company procedures for shipping, receiving, and material handling.
Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations.

Proficient in operating manual and electric pallet jacks.

Ability to lift, move, and stack heavy materials safely (up to 50 lbs).

Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a team environment and follow directions accurately.
