Position Summary: The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Food & Beverage Manager in the daily supervision and operation of all food and beverage outlets. This role focuses on maintaining high service standards, managing staff, optimizing guest satisfaction, and ensuring profitability while adhering to all company, brand, and health regulations.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight:

  • Direct and supervise daily food and beverage operations, including restaurant service, bar operations, and potentially in-room dining or banquet/event functions.

  • Ensure all outlets are set up, maintained, and cleaned according to established standards.

  • Monitor the quality and consistency of all food and beverage items served, ensuring adherence to recipes, plating guides, and presentation standards.

  • Regularly inspect all F&B areas for cleanliness, sanitation, and organization, promptly rectifying any deficiencies.

  • Oversee inventory control for liquor, beer, wine, and other necessary supplies, assisting with ordering and maintaining adequate stock levels.

• Guest Service Excellence:

  • Anticipate and address guest needs promptly and courteously, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.

  • Actively resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating to management when necessary.

 

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel food and beverage environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• English or spanish for this position is okay 

 

Position requires to work weekends
