Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional for an Accounting Role to manage and maintain accurate financial records and support the overall financial health of the organization. This role is essential for ensuring compliance, facilitating informed decision-making, and driving operational efficiency across the Group.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and collections.
- Execute and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external financial statements, budget reports, and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements and tax fillings. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Schedule & Pay:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay: $60,000 - $80,000 Depending on Experience
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of prior accounting experience
- Experience in quick books preferred but not required
- English is required, Spanish is a plus
