Wedding Planner / Event Sales Associate

 

Overview: The Wedding Planner / Event Sales Associate is a dual-role position responsible for driving event sales and providing end-to-end planning and execution for luxury weddings and other events. This role requires a balance of sales strategy, client relationship management, and meticulous event coordination to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and ensure extraordinary guest experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site tours and presentations of the resort's venues.
• Develop and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the booking process.
• Maintain detailed records and track sales progress in the resort's CRM system.
• Serve as the primary client concierge, guiding couples and clients through every step of the planning process.
• Assist clients in articulating their vision, managing event budgets, and adhering to resort guidelines.
• Oversee and manage the event day, ensuring all logistics and timelines are executed flawlessly.

• Act as the main point of contact on the day of the event for vendors, guests, and the client.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

• Professional, polished, and enthusiastic demeanor with a client-first attitude.
• Prior experience preferred, but not required 
• English is required for this position, Bilingual is a plus (English and Spanish)
