Job Full Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and responsible CDL Class A driver to join our team. This position requires a commitment to safety, adherence to DOT regulations, and the ability to handle hazardous materials with care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations.
- Accurately complete all required paperwork, including logs, bills of lading, and hazardous materials shipping papers.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, including those related to hazardous materials transportation, hours of service, and driver qualifications.
- Maintain a clean driving record and a valid DOT medical card.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members.
- Respond to emergencies and accidents in a calm and professional manner.
Schedule & Pay:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday | Day Shift
- Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 P/H
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL Class A or B Driver’s License
- Clean driving record with no serious violations.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- 2 years of prior experience.
