Line Cook
Job Summary:
Express Employment Professionals in Miami Dade South is currently hiring experienced Line Cooks for various properties in the Miami Dade area. The ideal candidate is a reliable, detail-oriented culinary professional with a sense of urgency, the ability to follow standardized recipes, and experience working in high-volume kitchen environments. This is a full-time position with overtime availability and long-term opportunities.
Requirements:
- Prepare food according to standardized recipes, daily production charts, and instructions; ensure all food meets quality, quantity, nutrition, appearance, temperature, and timeliness standards
- Follow all HACCP procedures and food safety guidelines; use standard food preparation equipment, utensils, and measuring devices appropriately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift; restock and rotate ingredients as needed
- Work efficiently in a high-paced kitchen environment; demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and ability to meet service deadlines
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday to Sunday | Full Time | Overtime Available
- Pay: $12.00 – $22.00 per hour | Paid weekly through Express Pros, Miami Dade South, FL

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cooking or food prepping required; recent work history within the last 6 months required
- Knowledge of HACCP standards and food safety regulations; ability to follow standardized recipes and production charts

- Availability to work weekends required; ability to start immediately; reliable and team-oriented
