Accounting Assistant
Job Summary: A local restaurant chain is looking for an Accounting Assistant to support its restaurant operations. This role focuses primarily on billing and accounts receivable functions, while also assisting with front office responsibilities and providing support to the accounting department as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage billing and accounts receivable processes accurately and efficiently
- Prepare, review, and process invoices
- Assist with front office administrative duties as needed
- Support the accounting department with assigned tasks
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Ensure attention to detail in all billing and financial transactions
Schedule & Pay:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | 40 Hour Work Week
- Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 P/H Depending on Experience
Qualifications:
- Previous billing and/or accounts receivable experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Ability to multitask and support multiple departments
- Experience with Restaurant 365 software a Plus
