Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Coral Gables, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $24–$27 per hour (based on experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Coral Gables. This position is responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor payments, and supporting the accounting department with day-to-day payable functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Process and code vendor invoices accurately and timely

Prepare and issue payments via check, ACH, or wire transfer

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

Maintain organized and accurate accounts payable records

Assist with month-end closing activities related to AP

Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payments
-
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
Qualifications:

Previous experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
