Pay Rate: $18 – $23 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Rotating Saturdays required
Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dental Assistant to join our dental practice in Cutler Bay. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment, assisting the dentist with patient care, and ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures

Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments

Take and process dental X-rays

Maintain accurate patient records and charting

Provide postoperative instructions and patient support

Ensure compliance with infection control and safety procedures

Perform chairside assisting and general clinical duties as needed
Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant (required)

Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization protocols, and chairside procedures

Strong communication and patient-care skills

Ability to work rotating Saturdays
