Project Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial and residential construction projects, including renovations, tenant improvements, and new construction. This role is responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring schedules, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
This position requires a hands-on leader who can effectively coordinate field operations, subcontractors, and project stakeholders while maintaining strong communication and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial and residential construction projects from planning through completion
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors
- Manage scopes of work, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Lead renovation projects and new construction builds, including work in active or occupied environments
- Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and quality inspections
- Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, permitting requirements, and OSHA safety standards
- Identify risks and proactively resolve issues to minimize delays and cost overruns
- Provide clear project updates and documentation to internal teams and clients
Schedule & Pay:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00AM – 5:00PM
- Pay: $55,000 - $80,000
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial and/or residential construction
- Experience managing renovation and new construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with project management and scheduling software
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
