Job Title: Certified Medication Technician (Med Tech)
Location: Kendall, FL
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Schedule Requirement: Must be available to work weekends
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and certified Medication Technician (Med Tech) to join our team in Kendall for the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift. The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent care to residents.
Responsibilities:

Administer medications as prescribed by physicians

Accurately document medication administration and resident responses

Monitor residents for side effects or adverse reactions

Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed

Communicate effectively with nursing staff and healthcare team

Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility policies
Requirements:

Current Medication Technician certification (State of Florida)

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift

Must be available to work weekends

CPR certification preferred
