Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care
Location: Cutler Bay, FL
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Schedule Requirement: Must work weekends
Pay Rate: $40–$42 per hour (based on experience)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in the Cutler Bay area. The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, and experienced in providing high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing environment.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor and assess residents’ conditions and report changes appropriately

Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs
-
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
-
Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, and families
Requirements:
-
Active Florida RN license (in good standing)

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience (LTC experience preferred)

Strong clinical and assessment skills

Ability to lead and work collaboratively with the healthcare team

Must be available to work 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift

Must be available to work weekends
