General Laborer
Job Summary: The General Laborer supports daily operations by performing a variety of physical tasks in construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial environments. This role requires reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions while maintaining a safe and productive worksite.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor duties such as loading and unloading materials, moving supplies, and site clean-up
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Support setup and breakdown of equipment or materials
- Perform repetitive physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking
- Report safety hazards, damaged equipment, or material shortages to supervisio
Schedule & Responsibilities:
- Full-time or part-time opportunities available
- Day, evening, or weekend shifts depending on project needs
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
Qualifications:
- Previous general labor or construction experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to work outdoors or in varying environments
- Safety-conscious mindset
- Reliable transportation preferred
