Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) / OTA – Home Health

Location: Fort Myers, FL and surrounding areas

Job Type: Per-Visit / Flexible Schedule

Pay: $60 per visit (1-hour visits)

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) to provide home health therapy services in the Fort Myers area. The OTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to help patients improve their ability to perform daily activities and enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy treatments according to the established plan of care

• Assist patients in improving daily living skills and functional independence

• Monitor patient progress and report updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safety techniques

Schedule:

• Flexible schedule

• Visits arranged based on your availability

• Each visit is approximately 1 hour

Compensation:

• $60 per visit

Requirements:

• Active Florida OTA/COTA license

• BLS

• Home health experience preferred but not required

• Reliable transportation

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently in a home health setting
