Job Title: PRN Registered Nurse (RN) – 12-Hour Shifts
Location: Multiple Hospital Locations Across Florida
Job Type: PRN (As Needed)
Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team on a PRN basis across various hospital settings in Florida. This role is ideal for nurses looking for flexible scheduling while maintaining high standards of patient care. PRN nurses will work 12-hour shifts based on staffing needs and availability.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and hospital policies

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans

Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Ensure a safe and clean working environment
Minimum Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted Florida RN license

Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in your specialty area (e.g., Med-Surg, ICU, ER, Telemetry, etc.)

Current BLS certification (ACLS may be required depending on specialty)

Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills

Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced hospital environments
