Job Full Description
Key Responsibilities
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Run night audit reports to verify guest accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Respond to guest requests, questions, and issues during overnight hours.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency for hotel management systems and reporting.
- Availability to work overnights, weekends, and holidays.
