Job Full Description
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Executive Chef on planning, staffing, and kitchen operations.
- Prepare daily food requisitions and update daily specials.
- Assist in hiring, training, and coaching kitchen staff.
- Manage inventory — ordering, receiving, and controlling stock.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented properly according to standards.
- Fluent in English is required
