Fabricator / Welder
Job Summary:
Express Employment Professionals in Miami Dade South is currently hiring a Fabricator/Welder for a local company in the Tamiami Airport area. The ideal candidate uses specialized welding equipment to fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components as part of a skilled manufacturing team. This is a full-time position with long-term opportunities.
Requirements:
- Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products; install and repair various equipment and components to meet production specifications
- Follow blueprints and engineering drawings to meet product specifications; calculate material measurements to verify tolerances and specifications
- Conduct weld quality tests and evaluate tolerances; ensure all finished products meet required standards before advancing in production
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures throughout the shift
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday to Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Full Time
- Pay: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour | Paid weekly through Express Pros, Miami Dade South, FL

Qualifications:
- Some experience in welding, fabrication, manufacturing, or a related field required; familiarity with welding tools and procedures
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and engineering drawings; strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Ability to handle a physical workload; must be able to stand, lift, and perform manual tasks throughout the shift
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident to meet security clearance requirements
