Job Full Description
- Providing technical support to the Company’s customers.
- Assisting in developing and presenting training programs and operator conferences for our
customers.
- Assisting customers and our product support team with warranty claims and troubleshooting.
- Assisting the Purchasing Agents and Customers with technical issues and parts
research as required.
- Preparing Recommended Spare Parts and Tooling Lists to present to customers.
- Assisting the warehouse personnel with the inspection and verification of parts and/or
vehicles to verify condition.
- Organizing and maintaining the company’s technical Library of various manuals for the
products we support.
- Complying with all management required reporting requirements, including, without limitation,
trip reports, expense reports and customer summaries.
- Obtaining information and being knowledgeable about competitive products and the product
lines we represent.
- Assisting Company salesman from time to time as necessary.
- Attending training courses and seminars to improve and maintain product knowledge as
required from time to time.
- Traveling, as needed, to assist customers with support issues.
- Complying with company work orders and service calls for all customers and modifying
inventory vehicles as instructed from time to time.
- Assisting with service agreements as needed,
- Performing quality maintenance, diagnostic, disassembles; fleet set ups, inspections,
rebuilds and reassembles of all components and/or equipment either in the warehouse, at customer
locations, or traveling internationally.
- Providing routine maintenance and battery charging to inventory vehicles as needed to
ensure they remain in running and saleable condition.
