Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay

Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently

Manage reservations, room assignments, and payment processing

Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries and requests

Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
-
Maintain accurate guest records and follow resort policies
Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities
-
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- English is required for this position
Availability to work weekends, 9a.m. - 5p.m.
