Job Full Description
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via the web, email, and telephone.
- Provide ongoing phone support to customers throughout the shit
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills and interact well with customers.
- Maintain positive customer relations by greeting and acknowledging each customer.
- Communicate effectively and work with other departments and locations to meet customer needs.
- Report job issues to the supervisor and work effectively as a team player.
- Maintain productivity standards as outlined.
- Additional duties as assigned by manager
Skills Requirement:
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Proficient in a Windows software environment.
- Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy on the phone.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to resolve issues and handle complaints effectively.
- Empathy, active listening, and teamwork skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish
