Job Full Description
We are hiring for a manufacturing company seeking mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working with their hands and building equipment.
This is a hands-on role in a shop environment, not a general warehouse position.
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble metal components and structural equipment
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools daily
- Assist with basic fabrication and modification of parts
- Follow build instructions and work with a team on production
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong mechanical aptitude is REQUIRED
- Experience in any of the following is a plus:
- Welding
- Auto mechanics
- Construction
- Machine shop work
- Equipment repair
- Comfortable using tools daily
- Reliable and ready to work
Compensation:
- Pay is flexible based on experience
- Entry-level candidates with hands-on experience are encouraged to apply
- Higher pay available for welding or fabrication experience
Important:
This role requires hands-on mechanical work. Backgrounds primarily in retail, restaurant, or office settings will not be a fit.
