The Grounds Maintenance Worker is responsible for the upkeep and beautification of outdoor spaces, including lawns, gardens, and hardscapes. This role involves a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring that all outdoor areas are well-maintained, safe, and aesthetically pleasing.
Responsibilities:
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns to maintain an even and attractive appearance.
- Maintain and repair pathways, driveways, retaining walls, and other hardscape elements.
- Collect and dispose of leaves, branches, litter, and other debris.
Working Conditions:
- Outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Use of potentially hazardous equipment and materials.
- Physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
