Office Assistant – Part Time (with Full-Time Opportunity after 90 Days)
Pay: $16/hour

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and motivated Office Assistant to join our client’s team. This is a great opportunity to start part-time and transition into a full-time role after 90 days.

Schedule:

  • 4 hours per day

  • 5 days per week

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls

  • Make outbound calls as needed

  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks

  • Perform general office errands, such as photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents

  • Ability to multi-task in documentation in multiple platforms. 

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient computer skills (MS Office and data entry experience preferred)

  • Professional and dependable work ethic
