FULL TIME Maintenance Technician, Port Richey, FL.
Honest, motivated multi-tasker, this is your next position. MUST possess semi-skilled, in-home experience with appliance repair & installation, lawn care/maintenance for apartment grounds, basic carpentry/plumbing skills.
Work week is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. On-Call for emergencies a MUST. Overtime paid. Qualified candidates may have the ability to live on-site and earn up to $22.00 hourly; all offers commensurate with experience and decided post-interview. INTERESTED?
