Well-established NPR Community known for safety is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Maintenance Technician who will take pride in keeping property running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, is handy with basic tools, is familiar with lawn & pool care. Must be proficient at troubleshooting issues on the spot with the ability to communicate in a clear and polite manner.
This is a full-time position with ON CALL duties.
