Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

A growing manufacturing company in Dade City is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and has experience managing customer interactions and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner

• Process orders, track shipments, and provide status updates to customers

• Maintain accurate customer records and order details in QuickBooks

• Assist with invoicing, order entry, and general administrative support

• Resolve customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required

• Proficiency in QuickBooks is required

• Strong written communication skills, especially in email correspondence

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively

• Must be able to pass a background check
