Outdoor Maintenance Technician
Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring a Maintenance Technician for a local community property in New Port Richey, FL. This position is full-time with long-term opportunity. You will be responsible for inspecting community areas, monitoring equipment, and performing light maintenance tasks outdoors.
Job Description:
Location: New Port Richey
Pay rate: $20 per hour
Monday – Friday
Full time 7:30am-4pm
Outdoor work environment
Unlock and inspect community facilities including clubhouse, restrooms, and mailroom
Inspect pool areas, furniture, fencing, and surrounding equipment
Test and record pool chemical levels
Check water levels and pumps in ponds or water features
Identify and report maintenance or safety issues
Perform minor maintenance tasks as needed
Work outdoors in Florida heat
Qualifications and Requirements:
Comfortable working outdoors in heat and humidity
Patient and detail-oriented
Ability to walk the property and stay active throughout the day
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Previous maintenance, landscaping, or property experience is a plus
