Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform month-end financial close processes, including account reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements
- Review and maintain balance sheets for accuracy and compliance
- Assist with financial reporting and identify discrepancies or variances
- Ensure timely and accurate financial data for management review
- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial operations and reporting
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with month-end close and financial reconciliations
- At least 2 years of experience with P&L reporting
- Strong understanding of balance sheets and financial reporting processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
