Job Full Description
We're hiring! A local company in the area is looking for a Customer Service Representative with call center or customer service experience and strong phone and problem-solving skills. If that sounds like you, we'd love to connect!
Schedule
What You Will Do:
- Handle inbound calls and manage customer accounts
- Schedule service and delivery orders
- Coordinate with the operations team on scheduling
- Process billing and payments
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
- Multi-task and follow up on daily tasks to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of in-office customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong phone skills and professional communication, both written and verbal
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must provide prior work references
- Call center experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate
- Experience with appointment routing a plus
